I stayed in a double room on the first floor. The room was very spacious and had a large window allowing natural light into the room. The bathroom was also very spacious. The room was clean. This hotel is not luxury but decent for the price and central location.
Not very recent hotel but clean and large rooms. A bit noisy as all the British hotels but very good location: close to the underground and with view on a nice garden. Good breakfast. Good value for money knowing we are in London and compared with other experiences(while a bit expensive).
close to earls court station and to the bus stop around the corner, dinner in pubs around the corner good and close, breakfast was good and clean.
The location was excellent for travelling into and around London. Very good restaurants nearby.
It is old and needs to be modernised and updated.
Location is very good for West London. Immediate impression a bit shaky as foyer needs a facelift. The bedroom a nice surprise as corridors, carpets etc are very tired. Room and bathroom comfortable and spotlessly clean. I booked a 'single' and received a spacious room with a double and a single bed. Asked for a room change as my first allocated room was beside the lift, and had no problems changing to an equally nice room, very quiet, at the rear of the hotel on the ground floor. Receptionist very efficient and handled things nicely. My booking authorisation had been taken twice from my bank, and she corrected this immediately. Will stay there again.
No complaints - good value for money at £99 for a 'single' occupancy room.
Location is very good: tube station is very close, city centre just a few stations away, nice area plenty of shops and restaurants. The hotel has large hall and rooms, with high ceiling and large windows. Staff is friendly and helpful.
In the room, the carpet had stains, windows needed some new paint.
Squeaky floors, Lousy tea/coffee, no brown bread
The staff were very helpfull and friendly. Close to the train station.
The room I stayed in was in need of renovation. Floor boards creaked through the whole room.
Efficient and friendly room was comfortable, and clean, Good value for a hotel in such an excellent location.
Only one complaint albeit an insignificant one. The tea served with breakfast was terrible!
The service was good, the room was cleaned every day, very good breakfast. The location is great for someone who wants to visit London, just 1 minute away from the underground, located in the zone 1.
The hotel needs some restoration the pavement is noisy.
It was quite central to getting around London. Just had continental breakfast and found the staff very friendly and welcoming.
Our room had a big red wine stain on the carpet which I found off- putting. Also there was rodent deterrants behind our bed and behind the bathroom toilet.
Great location for brief visit to London and good value.
room quiet and large.
The interior of the hotel is quite old and needs to be renovated. The bathroom was not comfortable, very old, old sink with 2 different taps for hot and cold water, not very comfortable!! Breakfast quite cheap.
Everyone was very friendly and the room was very large and comfortable.
The tea and coffee in the room wasn't the best so if I was staying again I would take my own!
This is a very good location for central London city trips. The hotel is also a very short walk from the tube. We will use this hotel next time we visit London.
